1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Sumhuram Platform ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any term, please do not use the Platform. The Platform verifies the identity of opportunity owning entities but does not guarantee the accuracy of all data provided.
2. Nature of information
The information in this Guide is provided for informational and promotional purposes and is issued by the entities owning the opportunities, which alone are responsible for updating and certifying it. The Guide's data is not a binding offer and does not replace the official procedures of the relevant entities.
3. Expression of interest form
Submitting an expression-of-interest form only indicates the user's wish to communicate with the owning entity. It does not constitute any legal obligation on either party. The owning entity is responsible for responding to requests and making decisions in accordance with its own procedures.
4. Intellectual property rights
All content on the Platform — including text, images, logos, and designs — is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy or reproduce any content without prior written permission, except for non-commercial personal use.
5. Limitation of liability
The Platform is not responsible for any investment decision made on the basis of the data displayed, nor for any direct or indirect losses resulting from using the Platform or relying on its content. Links to external websites of owning entities are for informational purposes only.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. The Omani courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the Platform.
7. Amendments
The Platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
